Scott Will, Vice President
Scott Will, nephew of Judy Casagrande, is a mental health clinician with the Behavioral Health Emergency Assistance Response Division (BHEARD) as part of an FDNY EMS first responder team, responding to 911 mental health distress calls in New York City with the aim of providing options other than hospitalization or police involvement where appropriate.
Shirley Reich, Secretary
Shirley created a garden for a very special man at the state developmental center where she worked as a nurse. Now she volunteers to help the homeless and is eager to share her joy of gardening with the elderly.
Marlene McPherson, Treasurer
Marlene, a retired educator, volunteers here talents and her time to diverse causes. She is a C.A.S.A (Court Appointed Special Advocate) trained volunteer advocate for children in the foster care system. Supporting democracy in many ways Marlene registers voters, encourages people to vote and serves as treasurer for a political organization.
Butch Burroughs
In his retirement, Butch’s passion, in addition to his 1960 Oldsmobile, is helping others in ANY WAY he can. He is the volunteer treasurer and technical consultant for the county organization that supports electing dedicated people to county and local office. In addition, for four years he serviced as a city councilman, respected by members of both parties.
Lyn Peiffer
Lyn has followed a spiritual path for most of her life. She is the creator of the “Love Towels” which were one of the inspirations for the formation of the foundation. The towels reflect love through the attention to detail in her creations. They have been given to the elderly in assisted living and organizations serving those facing other challenges as a recurring message of love for all who receive them.
